He was admitted to the Bar in Rome in 1998 and he is qualified to represent clients before the high courts.
He has been with the Firm since 1997.
He is and expert in consultancy and litigation, with a consolidated expertise in administrative law, public economic law, and corporate law.
As part of his professional activity, he has provided advisory services in reform and reorganization projects within the broader public sector, public spending rationalization at both central and local levels, and public-private partnerships in operations involving both partnership agreements and pre-commercial procurement. His expertise extends to matters concerning procurement models, local public services, public procurement—including integrated contracts for works, supplies, and services—implementation or concession of infrastructure projects, e-procurement systems, centralized purchasing, and public and private contracts across various sectors such as ICT, real estate, media and communication, energy and utilities, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, transport, and mobility.
He assists public and private entities in accessing funding and opportunities provided by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), the National Plan for Complementary Investments (PNC), as well as European structural and investment funds.
He is one of the founding members of a business angel association established to stimulate and promote the development of Italian entrepreneurship and support the growth of scalable, high-potential, innovative and/or technology-driven start-up projects with a strong focus on sustainability.
