Jacopo Polinari

He was admitted to the Bar in Salerno in 2009 and is qualified to represent clients before the high courts.

He has been with the Firm since 2016.

He provides advice and handles litigation in various areas of administrative law: public contracts, construction and planning, regulated sectors such as water, natural gas and broadcasting frequencies, public concessions for services, concessions for the use of public land, legal gambling and betting and administrative penalties.

He has built up considerable experience in the management of civil litigation (including arbitration) and in administrative litigation regarding tenders.

He also handles a major area of accounting litigation concerning the registration of institutional units in the ISTAT List.
