Member of the Milan Bar since 2001 and admitted to practice before the highest courts. Albo Nazionale degli Amministratori Giudiziari dei beni sequestrati e confiscati. Albo Nazionale dei Gestori della Crisi d’Impresa. Commissario Giudiziale e Curatore presso i Tribunali di Milano e Piacenza. He collaborated for several years with leading Italian law firms, dealing with corporate law, extraordinary transactions and commercial law, then extending his skills to business crisis law.
He manages the family firm (which mainly deals with corporate, commercial and business crisis law) and holds positions as Judicial Commissioner and Receiver at the Courts of Milan and Piacenza. Member of the business crisis commission of the Piacenza Forensic Foundation.
