The new additions will enable Lipani to meet the evolving needs of the legal market, which is constantly growing in size, complexity and technicality.

Following the expansion, Lipani’s practices now include:

  • Public law
  • Antitrust and regulation
  • Corporate and Commercial law
  • Banking and Finance Law
  • Energy and Natural Resources
  • Real Estate
  • Tax Law
  • Corporate Criminal law
  • M&A

Lipani will continue to provide its clients with assistance in all other areas of Business Law through its extensive network of professional relationships built over the years by the existing and new partners.

Lipani is moving forward with strength and enthusiasm in its journey of growth, aiming for greater international visibility, also through the important roles of its new professionals in the IBA and IFA, and at the same time consolidating its market position as a primary independent law firm ready to face even the most complex challenges, now with a multidisciplinary approach.

The arrival of these talented professionals marks another significant moment for our Firm. We are expanding our expertise, not only in areas related to our core practices but also in financial and tax law. Our goal is to enhance our ability to provide integrated legal solutions, in line with our initial vision and strategic planning. This lateral hiring is the result of our commitment to client care and to anticipate their needs through innovative solutions that are not necessarily traditional. At the same time, the new entries will significantly strengthen our existing Commercial, Corporate Antitrust and Regulatory practices. The aim at this stage is to complete the areas of expertise relevant to the industries we focus on. This initiative is the result of over twenty years of partnership between the founding partners of the firm and Claudio Visto, not only based on mutual esteem but also on friendship. Our brand will also change, incorporating the words ‘Legal & Tax’ in the logo as a sign of the impact of this expansion, which will be marked in January 2025 when we will participate with our team and new brand in another major challenge: the 2025 Dakar rally, to which we have linked a very important social initiative.”

We are confident that our arrival will help consolidating Lipani’s position as a market leader in Italy and abroad. Our staff members, with whom we have collaborated for many years, will also join us, ensuring the continuity of services for our clients”.
