Daniele Archilletti

An expert in administrative law, he supplies judicial assistance and legal advice to Italian and international economic actors and financial institutions with regard to public contracts for the supply of works, goods and services – in both ordinary and special sectors – concessions, compulsory purchases, energy, environmental and occupational health and safety law, health law, administrative proceedings, administrative organisation, the redevelopment and sale of publicly owned real estate, public employment and public employment under private law.

Within the Firm, amongst others, he provides legal advice to Italy’s largest steel-making group on environmental and occupational health and safety law, and to two leading service sector companies in the area of administrative law, with a particular focus on public tenders.

He has lectured in the one-year intensive course preparing for the Italian Bar examinations run by Formazione Forense in Rome and currently acts as administrative law coordinator of the one-year intensive course preparing for the Italian Bar examinations run by Alta Istruzione Forense as well as tutor in various courses on public contract law.
