She was admitted to the Bar in Rome in 1998 and is qualified to represent clients before the high courts.

She has been with the Firm since 1999.

She is an expert in administrative law and administrative and accounting litigation.

She served her apprenticeship with the State Attorney’s Office and then worked for a number of years with a leading Roman law firm specialising in administrative and administrative-accounting law, dealing in particular with cases concerning oil drilling licences, commercial authorisations for large shopping centres, public tenders, concessions for public goods and services, property development and planning, compulsory purchases, public sector employment and administrative-accounting liability.

During her career she has acquired specific expertise in the areas of public tenders for the supply of goods and services, public contract law, the establishment and operation of public sector procurement centres, the incorporation and management of publicly owned companies, the organisation and management of public bodies, and litigation before the administrative and accounting courts.

She has led the Firm’s administrative and accounting litigation sector since 2006.

She is also a long-standing provider of legal advice to central and local government, public companies, public enterprises and bodies established under public law, public sector concession holders and private clients, handling issues related to organisation, management, procurement processes and multi-level interaction between public and private parties.

A member of the editorial board of Rivista Amministrativa della Repubblica Italiana, founded in 1850, she has many publications to her name.

She lectures and teaches in both public and private contexts.
