Salvatore Lamarca

Member of the Rome Bar since 1995 and admitted to practice before the highest courts.

Specialized in EU and competition law, he has a solid expertise in civil and commercial law. After a Master’s degree (LL.M) in European Law in 1994 from the Collège d’Europe in Bruges, he acquired a solid international experience in law firms based in London, Brussels, Milan and Rome. He renders assistance to domestic and foreign clients in investigations by the AGCM and the European Commission for agreements and abuses of dominant position, in the communication of mergers, and in proceedings relating to the application of the Consumer Code. He also advises on various issues of EU law, such as the compatibility of national rules with EU provisions on free movement, state aid, application of European directives on public procurement. He also assists electronic communications operators in antitrust, contractual and regulatory issues and in obtaining the relevant authorizations. Within his practices, he regularly advocates in proceedings before civil and administrative courts, and in litigation before the European Courts.
