M&A Transactions<\/strong><\/p>\n

We handle domestic and cross-border transactions involving the acquisition of companies and businesses, mergers and demergers of companies, both in favour of industrial and institutional clients and private equity in different target industries.<\/p>\n

We have a well-established track record of sell-side and buy-side transactions, on companies or business units, corporate participations and\/or multinational groups. We have also followed numerous clients in leveraged buy-out, management buy-out and spin-off transactions.<\/p>\n

Our assistance covers all aspects of the deal from the due diligence phase (legal, tax and labor law) to the drafting and negotiation of all agreements governing the transaction (mainly in Italian, English and French), to ensuring the necessary support at closing and \u2013 where required \u2013 post-acquisition.<\/p>\n

In parallel with our M&A expertise and credentials, we also have significant experience supporting private equity operators, and in venture capital and club deal transactions in favour of investment banks, family offices, SGRs and Italian and foreign funds in the acquisition of stakes in traditional or new economy sectors.
