After early experience as a Senior Associate at Arthur Andersen\u2019s Fiscal and Corporate Law Firm (Andersen Legal), and following a long in-house career in the Information and Communication Technology sector \u2014 where he served as Legal and Corporate Director, General Affairs Director, HR Director and General Counsel for Italy in both an Italian and a multinational company \u2014 he founded Studio Legale Lipani & Partners in 1996.<\/p>\n

He currently acts as advisor and legal consultant on public-private partnership initiatives and on projects concerning the reform of central and local government.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
