Francesca Sbrana won the TopLegal Awards 2024 as Best Lawyer in Administrative Litigation. Admitted to the Rome Bar in 1998, she is qualified to represent clients before the higher courts.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

She joined the firm in 1999 and has played a key role in the development of its administrative law practice ever since. Her practice focuses on administrative law, with particular expertise in administrative and accounting litigation.<\/p>\n

She completed her legal training at the State Attorney\u2019s Office before working for several years with a leading Rome-based law firm specialising in administrative and administrative-accounting law. During this period, she handled matters involving oil drilling licences, commercial authorisations for large shopping centres, public tenders, concessions for public goods and services, property development and planning, compulsory purchases, public sector employment and administrative-accounting liability.<\/p>\n

Over the course of her career, she has developed significant expertise in public tenders for the supply of goods and services, public contract law, the establishment and management of public sector procurement centres, publicly owned companies, the organisation and management of public bodies, and litigation before administrative and accounting courts.<\/p>\n

She has led the firm\u2019s administrative and accounting litigation sector since 2006, advising central and local government, public companies, public enterprises, public law bodies, concession holders and private clients on matters involving organisation, management, procurement processes and the interaction between public and private parties.<\/p>\n

A member of the editorial board of the Rivista Amministrativa della Repubblica Italiana, founded in 1850, she is the author of numerous publications and regularly lectures in both public and private contexts.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
