Admitted to the Rome Bar in 2000, Sergio Grillo has been in legal practice since 1998 and is qualified to represent clients before the higher courts.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

His practice focuses on administrative law, with particular expertise in public contracts for the supply and concession of goods, works and services, project finance and public-private partnerships.<\/p>\n

Over the course of his career, he has developed significant experience in complex procurement and concession frameworks, assisting clients in both advisory and contentious matters involving public tenders and contract execution.<\/p>\n

He has also built strong expertise in local public services, with particular focus on the environment, infrastructure and port services sectors.<\/p>\n

Alongside public authorities, public law bodies and publicly owned companies, he advises Italian and multinational companies on commercial transactions and joint ventures related to participation in public tenders, with particular attention to matters at the intersection of commercial and administrative law.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
