Business Crisis Management

We provide advice and support to companies for the purpose of solving business crisis, assisting in selecting and managing the procedures provided by the Italian Crisis Code, both in the negotiation and in the judicial phases.

We work closely with the Litigation and Banking & Finance teams, and we have a deep knowledge of the regulatory system and of its practical applications also thanks to the numerous assignments conferred by the Courts.

Likewise, we assist clients interested in acquiring distressed assets (either in the form of single goods, branches or entire companies) or in need to protect their receivables vis a vis subjects in crisis or insolvent.
