He currently leads the Civil Law and Litigation Department and advises multinational corporations operating in the industrial, energy, commercial, and services sectors.
He handles national and international arbitration cases, as well as litigation before the Supreme Court of Cassation, and provides consulting services in the banking, financial, procurement, and real estate sectors, including within insolvency proceedings.
He is a member of Technical Advisory Boards and serves as a consultant in the engineering and procurement sectors for multinational companies
Speaker at conferences on civil, commercial, corporate, and sports liability, as well as on related topics.
Lecturer at the University of Brescia’s Summer School of Chinese and Latin American Law on comparative banking law.
