Andrea Gangemi is recognised by Class – Milano Finanza as an expert in Corporate Law and M&A. Admitted to the Rome Bar in 2006, he is a member of the Association for Cultural Exchanges between Italian and German Jurists and of the International Bar Association (IBA).
His practice focuses on civil, commercial and corporate law, with particular expertise in domestic and international litigation, arbitration and insolvency proceedings.
Over the course of his career, he has developed significant experience in complex contentious matters, assisting clients in litigation and arbitration across a broad range of commercial and corporate disputes.
He regularly advises Italian and international companies on the negotiation and drafting of domestic and cross-border commercial agreements, as well as on day-to-day corporate matters and extraordinary transactions.
His practice also includes strategic advisory work in corporate governance, business operations and restructuring matters, supporting clients in both ordinary management and high-value transactions.
