He graduated in Law from Sapienza University of Rome in 2011 and subsequently attended the Postgraduate School for Legal Professions at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome from 2011 to 2013. After completing his legal traineeship, he qualified as a lawyer in 2014.
He provides both contentious and non-contentious legal assistance, primarily in the fields of civil and commercial law, advising Italian and international companies and business operators.
He has gained significant experience in civil litigation, including the development of defence strategies, the drafting of pleadings, legal opinions and formal correspondence, as well as representation in court proceedings, mediation procedures and settlement negotiations.
In the real estate sector, he advises on transactions involving the acquisition and enhancement of real estate assets. His work includes conducting legal due diligence, reviewing property documentation, identifying key legal risks and assisting with the drafting and negotiation of transactional documents and purchase offers.
He also advises on commercial contracts, assisting clients with the review, drafting and negotiation of agreements relating to his areas of practice.
In addition, he has developed specific expertise in sports law, advising athletes, registered participants and sports clubs in non-contentious, judicial and arbitration proceedings.
