Admitted to the Rome Bar in 2015, Eleonora Schneider focuses on administrative law, with particular expertise in public law and public procurement.
Her practice covers both judicial and non-judicial matters, assisting individuals, companies, public authorities and publicly owned entities across a broad range of administrative law issues, with particular focus on public tenders and public contracts.
During the XVIII Government of the Italian Republic, she was appointed by the Draghi Government as Deputy Director of the Legislative Office of the Ministry of Culture, becoming part of the team working directly with the Minister of Culture.
Alongside her legal practice, she has developed a strong academic and research profile. Since 2017, she has been a member of the administrative law team within the Law Department of Roma Tre University, where she serves as assistant professor and carries out teaching activities. She also teaches seminars in administrative and public law within the Level II Master’s programme.
Since 2019, she has been a member of the Istituto di Ricerca sulla Pubblica Amministrazione (IRPA), where she is also engaged in research activities, and is a member of the Osservatorio sullo Stato Digitale.
