Admitted to the Rome Bar in 2008, Francesca Costantini joined the firm in 2025.
Her practice focuses on Italian and EU competition law, private enforcement and regulated markets, with particular expertise in the electronic communications and pharmaceutical sectors.
She advises clients on a broad range of competition law matters, including merger control proceedings before the European Commission and the Italian Competition Authority, abuse of dominant position, restrictive agreements, unfair commercial practices and state aid.
Her practice also includes the drafting of antitrust compliance models and the delivery of tailored antitrust training programmes for companies.
She has developed significant experience in competition litigation and private enforcement, assisting clients in proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority, administrative and civil courts, as well as in antitrust damages actions.
She also advises on regulatory matters in highly regulated sectors, including telecommunications, energy and pharmaceuticals.
Her practice further extends to corporate and contract law, including the drafting and review of supply and distribution agreements and the assessment of antitrust issues in M&A transactions.
