Francesco Savo Amodio

Associate

Admitted to the Milan Bar in 2020, Francesco Savo Amodio joined the firm in 2025.

His practice focuses on Italian and EU competition law and regulated markets, with particular expertise in electronic communications, energy and transport.

He advises clients on a broad range of competition law matters, including cartels, abuse of dominant position, unfair commercial practices and merger control proceedings.

In 2019, he participated in the Study Group on public-private relations in cultural heritage law at the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities in Rome.

Alongside his legal practice, he has developed a strong academic profile. He is Professor of Administrative Law, Comparative and European Administrative Law, and Environmental and Cultural Heritage Law at the Department of Legal Sciences of Sapienza University of Rome. He is also Adjunct Professor in the Master’s in Environmental Law at LUISS Guido Carli University and in the Master’s in Administrative Law (MIDA) at Sapienza University of Rome.

He is actively involved in teaching and academic activities and is the author of numerous publications, including contributions to leading academic journals.
