Admitted to the Salerno Bar in 2009, Jacopo Polinari is qualified to represent clients before the higher courts. He joined the firm in 2016.
His practice focuses on advisory and litigation matters across several areas of administrative law, with particular expertise in public contracts, construction and urban planning.
He regularly assists clients in complex matters involving regulated sectors, including water, natural gas and broadcasting frequencies, as well as public service concessions, concessions for the use of public land, legal gambling and betting, and administrative sanctions.
Over the course of his career, he has developed significant experience in civil litigation, including arbitration, and in administrative litigation relating to public tenders.
He also advises clients in accounting litigation matters, with particular focus on disputes concerning the registration of institutional units in the ISTAT List.
