After completing his legal training at the State Attorney’s Office, he further developed his expertise in both advisory and litigation matters through collaborations with the Ministry for Public Administration and with the Schools of Public Administration and Economics and Finance.

Over the course of his career, he has developed significant experience in public procurement for works, services and supplies at both national and local level, regularly assisting clients in complex tender procedures, contractual negotiations and litigation before administrative courts.

He has been extensively involved in strategic infrastructure projects of major relevance to the country, spanning both traditional public works and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Luigi Mazzoncini also advises multinational companies in the ICT, technology and infrastructure sectors, assisting them in negotiations and contractual matters involving public authorities and regulated markets.

His practice further extends to antitrust-related damages claims, with particular focus on the public law aspects of competition litigation.
