PNRR

We offer specialized legal support in projects related to the implementation of strategic infrastructure of national interest, and in projects financed by – or in implementation of – the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) and the National Plan for Complementary Investments (PNC), as well as by structural funds.

In this area, we provide legal assistance both to Central Administrations holding PNRR investments, for the implementation of “Tenure” and “Regia” projects, and to public and private operators for the planning and implementation of strategic interventions financed by the PNRR, PNC or co-financed by both (PNRR and PNC).

We assist Central Administrations, implementing entities, as well as implementers in the definition and implementation phases of investments, and provide assistance in the organization and management of the monitoring, reporting and control requirements of all activities that affect the entire life cycle of projects, so that they are carried out by the relevant entities in accordance with the provisions of the “Guidelines for the performance of activities related to the monitoring of the PNRR” and the “Guidelines for the monitoring of investments of the Complementary National Plan (PNC)”.

Last but not least, we provide training activities for our Clients on the subject of PNRR and specific sector regulations concerning the methods of implementation and management of European Union funds and investments.
